Can the shipment of my order be advanced or scheduled?
Directly via our website, it is not possible to modify or schedule a delivery. On the other hand, we invite you to create a Colissimo account to be able to track your package, reschedule its delivery, request a delivery in a Relay Point or return your order. To do this, create a free account on La Poste. With each order, you will receive from Colissimo, a notice of passage, an email or a SMS informing you of the upcoming arrival of your package. If you are not at home, you will be able to request another delivery date within 6 working days or a drop-off at a Relay Point. You can also do this on the La Poste website by indicating your tracking number on the "Delivery Modification" page.
