How do I track my order? Where can I find my order tracking?

After purchase, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If this is not the case, you can contact us by email at service-client@groupevds.com or by phone from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm at +(33)3-20-44-07-33. You can also follow your order by connecting to your customer area. Then consult the tab "My orders" where you will find the order concerned and its status.
